The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten, SSM) anticipates a call for research funding in April 2027 for projects in radiation safety and nuclear non-proliferation. The program supports research in areas such as new and existing nuclear power, radioactive waste management, reactor safety, radiation protection (including medical and environmental aspects), and the societal aspects of nuclear activities.
