The Digital Library Federation (DLF), a program of the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR), offers annual Forum Fellowships to support travel and registration for the DLF Forum. The program brings diverse insights and perspectives into the gathering and helps people who might otherwise be unable to attend participate in learning, collaboration, and professional networking.
A central goal is to create “cross-pollinators”: professionals who move among communities that can otherwise remain separated. The fellowships encourage communication among museums, libraries, colleges, universities, and others working in digital collections and services. The 2025 call supported students and practitioners across libraries, archives, museums, cultural heritage, and digital humanities, with categories focused on career stage and community-based work.
