The University of Florida Foundation Term Professorships Program is designed to honor and support faculty members with exceptional research achievements, furthering the university’s preeminence goals. Administered by the UF Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) Office of the Dean for Research, this program offers three-year term professorships to faculty who have demonstrated substantial research assignments and significant national or international recognition in their fields. The professorship aims to foster a culture of research excellence and provide resources to faculty who contribute to the university’s mission.
