    Description

The Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) BRIDGES Accelerator Research Grants amplify the impact of BRIDGES research protocols by supporting activities that accelerate the launch or expand the impact of interventional clinical trials. The program is part of FWC’s 2026–2027 Research Grants Call for Applications, within the Gynecologic Cancer Grants category.

Supported work includes preclinical studies of agent activity, tissue-based endpoints, toxicity, or dose selection; pilot studies validating surveys or translating patient materials; and outreach through advisory boards and patient advocates to align protocols with community priorities. Other supported activities include correlative studies confirming on-target effects or identifying biomarkers for phase II/III trials, multisite expansion through collaboration among BRIDGES scholars, and use of real-world data to inform trial design and clinical relevance.
