Fourth Generation is a hands-on philanthropy program of the Minneapolis Foundation designed for rising leaders interested in tackling local challenges through collective giving. Each annual cycle focuses on a key community issue—such as food insecurity or youth empowerment—by supporting local nonprofits with pooled member contributions. Members learn about the issue, connect with peers and community leaders, and collaboratively select grantees.
