Description
The Australian Academy of Science’s France and Europe EMCR Mobility Grants support short-term collaborative research visits with leading researchers at major science and technology organisations. Backed by memorial funds honouring Professors Bede Morris FAA and Rod Rickards FAA, the program helps Australian early- and mid-career researchers build lasting international collaborations and research networks through focused placements of 14–28 days.
The grants support travel and living costs for research activities developed with overseas host organisations. Eligible fields are chemistry and biology across eligible European countries, or any field of natural sciences in France. The program prioritises scientific merit, feasibility, outcomes valuable to Australian science, and visits that strengthen both project activities and collaborative relationships.
