This program enables Australian early- and mid-career researchers (EMCRs) to undertake focused, short-term (14–28 days) collaborative research visits to leading science and technology organisations in France or other European countries. The grants are designed to foster international scientific collaboration, build enduring research networks, and support the development of collaborative projects. Supported by the Bede Morris and Rod Rickards memorial funds, the program is not intended for conference attendance or to supplement sabbatical leave, but rather to facilitate meaningful, project-based engagement with host researchers abroad.
