Description
The Fred L. Emerson Foundation provides grants to qualified nonprofit organizations in Auburn and the surrounding central New York area. The Foundation seeks to support compelling, impactful, and sustainable projects, with a strong preference for innovative initiatives that address clearly identified community needs. Proposals that demonstrate organizational sustainability, involve multiple funding partners, and have the potential for replicable outcomes are prioritized. The Foundation also supports private higher education initiatives, provided they directly and meaningfully benefit the Auburn community. Both capital, programmatic, and unrestricted funding requests are considered. Grant recipients are required to submit evaluation reports detailing project impact and outcomes.
