The program seeks to empower individuals and organizations demonstrating creative problem-solving and a commitment to fostering autonomy and progress in their fields. Funding priorities include education, community wellbeing, and programs targeting unmet needs of at-risk populations. --- ## Due Dates - February 15 - May 15 - August 15 - November 15 Applications are reviewed quarterly.
