Description
This scheme is a bilateral initiative between the French National Research Agency (ANR) and the Hong Kong Research Grants Council (RGC) to promote and strengthen collaborative research projects between France and Hong Kong. The program aims to create synergy and added value through international cooperation, supporting projects that demonstrate balanced scientific and financial contributions from both sides. All scientific fields are eligible, and proposals are evaluated on the basis of scientific quality, partnership, project management, and the unique benefits of French–Hong Kong collaboration.
