--- ## Description This grant program is part of Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation’s initiative to ensure all Columbia County residents—particularly those with limited resources—have access to fresh and healthy food. The program supports both immediate and long-term solutions to food insecurity by empowering individuals, supporting affordable food supply, and fostering collaboration among community members, organizations, and businesses.
