The Forum for Theological Exploration’s Ministry Fellowship is designed to support college students as they discern their calling to serve the Church and their communities. The program begins with an immersive retreat, followed by a guided six-week online course focused on vocational discernment (“Discerning Pathways to Ministry”). Fellows develop a proposal to either pursue a call to ministry or facilitate discernment among their peers. Upon completion of the course and approval of their proposal, fellows receive a $4,000 grant to implement their project over the following year. The experience concludes with a closing retreat, where participants share outcomes and insights, building a community of emerging faith-based leaders.
