Description
This award supports accomplished U.S. scholars to spend 3–9 months at Aalto University in Finland, engaging in both research and teaching. The appointment is open to those with a distinguished academic record and at least 13 years of experience, and is designed for work in key interdisciplinary areas: ICT and digitalization, global business dynamics, sustainable materials, arts and design, human-centered environments, health and wellbeing, and advanced energy solutions. Scholars are expected to collaborate with Finnish colleagues, mentor students, and actively participate in the university’s academic life, while also networking and lecturing across Finland. The grant is jointly funded by Aalto University and the Fulbright Finland Foundation.
