Description
The Fulbright Award in American Studies enables U.S. scholars to spend four months in Portugal undertaking a project in teaching, research, a combination of both, or a professional project, as agreed with their host institution. The award is designed to foster international collaboration and the interdisciplinary study of the United States, supporting projects that advance academic exchange, curriculum development, mentoring, and public engagement. Scholars are expected to actively engage with their host institution and the broader community, contributing to mutual understanding between the U.S. and Portugal.
