Description
The Fulbright Scholar Program supports research of the applicant’s choosing at CESI College of Engineering in France. CESI’s research laboratory, LINEACT CESI, works across industry, sustainable cities, digital services, and training for the future. Its applied, interdisciplinary research connects the physical and digital worlds while placing people, their needs, and their uses of technology at the center of research.
Projects are welcome in all disciplines. Computer science, education, engineering, information sciences and systems, materials science, and sociology are especially encouraged. CESI’s priority sectors include industrial engineering and innovation; computer science and digital information systems; quality, security, environment, and sustainable development; and construction and civil engineering. Alongside research, the award advances Fulbright’s goal of international understanding and cooperation. Scholars may be asked to give public talks, mentor students, and engage with their host community.
