Description
The Fulbright Distinguished Chair in Advanced Defence Science and Technology is a high-profile fellowship for senior U.S. academics (full professors or equivalent) to undertake advanced research in Australia’s priority defence science areas. Sponsored by Fulbright Australia and funded by the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG), the program aims to strengthen Australia-U.S. scientific collaboration and foster educational and cultural exchange. Awardees will lead a specific research project at any DSTG site across Australia for 5–6 months, engaging in guest lectures, seminars, and collaborative activities that build long-term institutional linkages.
