Description
This award supports U.S. scholars to undertake a four-month research project in Portugal in partnership with a host institution of their choice. Open to all academic disciplines, the program aims to foster scholarly exchange, knowledge development, and long-term collaboration between the United States and Portugal. Grantees may also mentor students, assist in curriculum or program development, and engage in outreach activities within the host community. The award is designed to strengthen international cooperation and mutual understanding, with recipients expected to reside in the city or metropolitan area of their host for the full duration.
