Description
The Fulbright-García Robles Social Sciences and Humanities award supports research, teaching, teaching/research, and professional or artistic projects in Mexico. Offered through the Fulbright Scholar Program and managed in Mexico by COMEXUS, it welcomes work relevant to the social sciences, humanities, public policy, law, and the arts. Scholars may pursue independent or host-designated research, teach undergraduate or graduate courses, mentor students, consult on faculty and curriculum development, and conduct seminars or workshops.
The exchange aims to build lasting relationships and promote international understanding between the United States and Mexico. COMEXUS promotes research and teaching networks addressing the binational agenda, including culture, economic integration, society and politics, trade policy, supply chains, security, education, and public health. Scholars may also be asked to give public talks or engage with their host communities beyond their primary projects.
