For those combining teaching and research, up to 40% of time may be dedicated to research related to language or the applicant’s area of specialization. Final activities and placements are determined in collaboration with the Fulbright Commission in Mexico (COMEXUS) and host institutions, with most placements outside Mexico City to maximize national impact.
