Description
The Fulbright Finland Foundation’s partnership with Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences supports U.S. scholars joining a lecturer team in Finland. Scholars work closely with faculty through Haaga-Helia’s team-teaching model, teaching full courses or parts of courses under an agreed work plan. They are also encouraged to coauthor publications, contribute to existing research and development projects, or plan new projects with Haaga-Helia faculty.
The award is open to any Haaga-Helia competence area, with particular interest in engaging vocational pedagogy, sales development and digitalization, service business development and design, and entrepreneurship and business development. The applied setting connects education with labor-market needs and cooperation with business and service sectors. Its goals include supporting teaching and learning, regional development, and stronger educational relationships between Finland and the United States.
