Description
This award provides U.S. scholars in business and economics the opportunity to conduct research and teach at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland. The Distinguished Chair is expected to contribute to Hanken’s research output, deliver lectures in degree and executive education programs, and actively collaborate with Hanken faculty. The role encourages engagement with the academic community throughout Finland, including guest lectures at other universities, and participation in public talks and community events. The program aims to strengthen U.S.–Finland academic ties and promote international understanding.
