Description
The Fulbright-LUT-EMRC Scholar Award, administered by the Fulbright Finland Foundation in partnership with LUT University and the Kempower Electric Mobility Research Center (EMRC), offers U.S. scholars the opportunity to conduct research or a combination of research and teaching in Finland for 4–12 months. The program encourages multidisciplinary projects addressing technical, economic, or societal challenges in electric mobility, including but not limited to efficient electronics, data-driven business, competitiveness, customer behavior, and future technologies such as wireless charging and automated driving. Awardees will collaborate with EMRC and industry partners, especially Kempower, and may affiliate with any of LUT University’s three schools: Business, Energy Systems, or Engineering Science. The program aims to foster innovative research and strengthen U.S.–Finnish academic and industry relations in the e-mobility sector.
