The Fulbright-LUT-EMRC Scholar Award enables U.S. scholars to undertake research and possible lecturing at the Electric Mobility Research Center (EMRC) at LUT University in Finland. The award supports research spanning all EMRC themes—including efficient electronics, energy grid integration, data-driven business, e-mobility industry competitiveness, customer behavior, market development, and emerging technologies such as wireless charging and automated driving. Projects can be multidisciplinary and innovative, with opportunities for collaboration with LUT University’s three schools (Business, Energy Systems, Engineering Science) and Finnish industry, especially Kempower. The program is designed to foster academic exchange and advance the field of electric mobility, while also strengthening U.S.-Finland relations.
