Description
This fellowship enables innovative U.S. postdoctoral scholars to conduct research at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, Israel. Open to all academic disciplines, including those outside the creative fields, the program encourages proposals that explore the intersection between the applicant’s discipline and Bezalel’s core areas of art, design, and architecture. Fellows are expected to independently arrange their institutional affiliation, develop a research program, and engage with the Bezalel community through public talks, mentoring, and cultural events. The award aims to promote creative and academic exchange, foster cross-disciplinary research, and strengthen international understanding.
