Description
This opportunity supports early career U.S. scholars (within five years of PhD conferral) to pursue independent research in Australia for 6–8 months. Scholars may propose projects in any academic discipline and select their own host institution, such as universities, research centers, think tanks, or museums. The program emphasizes international collaboration and deeper mutual understanding between the U.S. and Australia. In addition to research, Fulbright scholars are encouraged to engage with the Australian community through public talks, mentoring, and outreach activities.
