The Fulbright Postgraduate Scholarships to the USA provide UK students with the opportunity to pursue a master's or PhD at any accredited US university, in any discipline. Offered by the United States-United Kingdom Fulbright Commission, these awards aim to promote academic excellence and cultural understanding between the UK and the USA. Scholarships include generous financial support (with some fully funded awards), health coverage, J-1 visa sponsorship, pre-departure orientation, cultural site visits, and ongoing support in the USA. Awardees also join a global alumni network of over 300,000 members. Applicants may choose between two application tracks: the IIE Placement Model (which assists in finding and negotiating with US institutions) or the Independent Placement Model (for those with specific university preferences).
