The Fulbright RMIT Vice-Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellowship is a unique partnership award supporting an exceptional early-career Australian researcher to undertake a three-year postdoctoral position at RMIT University, including a Fulbright-funded research stay of 3–10 months at a US host institution. The program aims to strengthen research ties between RMIT and the US, enhance international research collaboration, and accelerate the fellow’s career trajectory through structured training, mentoring, and interdisciplinary research opportunities. The fellowship is open to candidates whose research aligns with RMIT’s current Strategic Research Priority Areas: Regenerative and Sustainable Futures, MedTech Innovation, and Digital Innovation.
