Description
This grant enables U.S. scholars to undertake research and/or lecturing in health and environmental sciences at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF), with a focus on fostering multidisciplinary collaboration and academic exchange between Finland and the United States. The program is jointly funded by the Fulbright Finland Foundation, Saastamoinen Foundation, and UEF, and is designed to support projects across a wide range of departments and faculties, with preference for work related to water research, forests and bioeconomy, or neuroscience. Scholars are encouraged to develop joint research and teaching activities, and to engage with Finnish academic communities and students.
