Description
Funded by Central Queensland University Australia through the Fulbright Scholar Program, this award supports research at one of CQUniversity’s regional or metropolitan campuses. Projects may address any discipline aligned with the university’s research strengths. CQU emphasizes practical, applied research shaped by regional communities’ needs and ambitions, with local partnerships helping produce solutions for a stronger, more sustainable future for Australia’s regions.
The exchange also aims to strengthen Australia–United States relationships and international understanding. Alongside research, scholars are encouraged to collaborate with faculty and students through curriculum consultation, graduate or faculty seminars, guest lectures, and workshops. Applications should describe these plans. Scholars may also be asked to give public talks, mentor students, and engage with the host community.
