Description
Funded by Curtin University through the Fulbright Scholar Program, this award supports exceptional U.S. academics undertaking a research project of their choosing in resources and energy. The research must contribute to Curtin’s priorities in these areas. Based in Perth, Western Australia, Curtin has particular strengths in geosciences and resource engineering, with industry connections supporting minerals and energy research.
The exchange also aims to strengthen Australia–United States relationships and international understanding. Applicants should demonstrate plans to collaborate with Curtin faculty and students through curriculum consultation, graduate or faculty seminars, guest lectures, or workshops. Scholars may also be asked to give public talks, mentor students, and engage with the host community alongside their research.
