Description
Funded by the University of Canberra through the Fulbright Scholar Program, this award supports research that advances the university’s priorities and strengthens Australia–United States relationships. Scholars undertake a project of their choosing in governance, health, sports, education, or communication. The university emphasizes applied research, professional education, community service, and practical contributions to fair, healthy, and sustainable communities.
Alongside their research, scholars are encouraged to collaborate with faculty and students through curriculum consultation, graduate and faculty seminars, guest lectures, and workshops. Applications should demonstrate plans for these activities. Scholars may also be asked to give public talks, mentor students, and engage with the host community, supporting Fulbright’s mission of international understanding and cooperation.
