Description
Funded by the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) through the Fulbright Scholar Program, this award enables exceptional U.S. academics to conduct a research project of their choosing in Sydney, New South Wales. All disciplines are welcome. UTS supports multidisciplinary research and industry collaboration aimed at practical solutions to contemporary challenges, including work in robotics, artificial intelligence, future cities, energy-grid systems and social innovation.
The award combines research with academic exchange and Fulbright’s mission of international understanding. Applicants should describe plans to engage UTS faculty and students through curriculum consultation, graduate or faculty seminars, guest lectures or workshops. Scholars may also be asked to give public talks, mentor students and engage with the host community, contributing to the bilateral relationship between Australia and the United States.
