Description
The Fulbright Scholar Postdoctoral Award supports early-career scholars undertaking research in Türkiye. Administered locally by the Turkish Fulbright Commission, it enables participants to benefit from senior faculty expertise and foster scientific collaboration between Türkiye and the United States. Applications are welcomed in all disciplines and relevant subfields, for either an applicant-designed project or research designated by a host institution.
Research may take place at public or foundation universities, research centers, organizations, or other relevant institutions approved by the Commission. Proposals should explain why the work belongs in Türkiye and present well-developed plans for collaboration and learning with host-country partners. Alongside their research, scholars may be asked to give public talks, mentor students, and engage with their host communities to advance international understanding.
