    Description

The Fulbright Specialist Program connects U.S. professionals, academics, and artists with overseas host institutions for short-term collaborative projects lasting 14 to 42 days. The program aims to promote international cooperation, share U.S. expertise, and build institutional capacity in a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to agriculture, education, business, engineering, public health, and the arts. Projects are designed and proposed by foreign institutions, and U.S. Specialists are matched through a roster system after a competitive, merit-based selection process. The program is managed by World Learning and funded by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
