This award enables a U.S. scholar to undertake a flexible combination of teaching and research at the University of Applied Sciences (UAS) Burgenland in Austria, with a focus on sustainable energy systems, energy and environmental management, or building technology and management. The position involves teaching at least two class sessions per week, advising or supervising advanced students, and collaborating on research projects, ideally resulting in joint publications.
