Description
This award offers U.S. scholars a unique opportunity to spend four months at the University of Innsbruck in Austria, engaging in a flexible combination of teaching (minimum two courses), research, student advising, and international academic collaboration. The grantee's teaching and research activities are negotiated with the host institution to align with both institutional needs and the scholar's expertise. Recipients are also encouraged to mentor students, give public talks, and participate in community engagement to foster cross-cultural understanding and strengthen academic ties between the U.S. and Austria.
