Description
The Fulbright-University of Nottingham Scholar Award supports one scholar for a three-month project in or across the university’s research-active departments in Nottingham, England. All disciplines and appropriate specializations are welcome. Activities may include research chosen by the applicant or host, undergraduate or graduate teaching, combined teaching and research, and professional or artistic projects. Scholars may also mentor students and contribute to faculty, curriculum, or program development.
Offered through the Fulbright Scholar Program with the US-UK Fulbright Commission, the award combines academic exchange with strengthening US-UK relationships and mutual understanding. Candidates should explain why their project belongs in the UK and how they will engage with the wider community and host culture. Commission events provide additional academic, cultural, and social exchange opportunities.
