Description
This award supports U.S. scholars to conduct research or a combination of research and teaching at the University of Oulu in Finland for 3–9 months. Open to all academic disciplines represented at the university, the award encourages collaboration with local faculty and engagement with the university and broader community. Scholars are expected to contribute through public talks, student mentoring, and community activities. The program is jointly funded by the University of Oulu and the Fulbright Finland Foundation, and provides comprehensive orientation and support services.
