Description
The Fulbright-University of Oulu Scholar Award provides U.S. scholars with the opportunity to conduct research or a combination of research and teaching at the University of Oulu, one of Finland’s most multidisciplinary institutions. Scholars can collaborate within any of the university’s eight faculties, four multidisciplinary research centers, or regional units, across a wide range of academic fields. The award is designed to foster international academic exchange, promote scientific and societal impact, and encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration in a vibrant, innovative environment. The program is jointly funded by the Fulbright Finland Foundation and the University of Oulu, aiming to strengthen educational and research connections between the United States and Finland.
