This award supports U.S. scholars to teach and/or conduct research at the University of Pécs, Hungary’s oldest and one of its most prestigious universities. The University of Pécs offers a comprehensive academic environment across ten faculties, including humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, medical and health sciences, engineering, IT, music, visual arts, and law. Scholars are expected to teach one or two courses and may pursue independent research or join ongoing university projects. Additional activities can include advising students, assisting with curriculum development, engaging with the academic community, and participating in public outreach and cultural events. The program aims to foster international collaboration and professional growth in a vibrant, multidisciplinary setting.
