    Description

    This award enables U.S. scholars to spend 3–9 months at the University of Turku in Finland, engaging in research and/or teaching in any discipline represented by the university’s eight faculties and four independent research units. The program aims to foster academic collaboration, multidisciplinary research, and educational innovation between the United States and Finland. Scholars may design their own projects or participate in host-designated activities, teach at undergraduate or graduate levels, mentor students, develop curricula, and engage in public outreach and cultural exchange. The University of Turku is a leading Finnish institution with a strong international profile and commitment to multidisciplinary research, including themes such as technology, health, education, culture, and sustainability.
