Description
The Fulbright-University of St Andrews Scholar award supports a three-to-nine-month placement at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Offered through the Fulbright Scholar Program with the US-UK Fulbright Commission, it welcomes projects in any department, including interdisciplinary work. Activities can include independent research, undergraduate or graduate teaching, student mentoring, faculty or curriculum development, and professional or artistic projects.
The scholar contributes to the University's intellectual life through seminars, public lectures, and research, with access to its research collections, institutes, and centres. The fellowship supports lasting research links at St Andrews and across the United Kingdom. Alongside academic work, it advances Fulbright's goal of mutual understanding through engagement with the host community and culture.
