Description
This award enables a U.S. scholar to spend three months at the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), Ireland, engaging in both teaching and research activities. The focus is on interdisciplinary approaches to sustainability, material selection, and design, with opportunities to contribute to curriculum development, collaborate on research projects (either designated by TUS or independently proposed), and participate in professional or artistic projects. The recipient is expected to actively engage with the university community through public talks, mentoring, and collaboration with students and faculty, supporting the Fulbright mission of international exchange and understanding. The successful scholar will receive TUS International Fellowship status, which includes research training, institutional support, and access to the university's facilities.
