This opportunity supports farming, growing, or forestry businesses in England to conduct collaborative on-farm trial and demonstration projects aimed at accelerating the adoption of innovative practices and technologies in agriculture. Projects should address significant industry challenges or opportunities related to productivity, resilience, or sustainability, and must demonstrate clear benefits to other English farmers, growers, or foresters. The grant is part of the Accelerating Development of Practices and Technologies (ADOPT) Fund, delivered in partnership with Innovate UK and Defra, under the broader Farming Innovation Programme.
