Description
This grant program, administered by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) with funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, provides support for the investigation and assessment of brownfield properties—sites complicated by known or suspected contamination. The program enables communities, local governments, nonprofits, Tribal Nations, and emerging developers to evaluate environmental conditions and plan for the safe redevelopment and reuse of these sites.
