Description

This grant program accelerates the development of new, scalable education-to-career pathways for Tennessee students through bold, locally driven partnerships between educational organizations and employers. The goal is to bridge the gap between education and economic opportunity by supporting the creation and launch of programs that lead to "impact credentials"—degrees or certifications directly aligned with high-wage, high-demand jobs. In addition to grant funding, recipients join the Tennessee Pathways Incubator, a year-long fellowship offering strategic advising, expert mentorship, and shared learning with other cohort members to maximize the effectiveness and sustainability of their pathways.
