The Future Leaders Exchange Abroad (FLEX Abroad) program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and administered by American Councils for International Education, offers fully funded scholarships for American high school students to spend an academic year living and studying in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, or Romania. Participants live with host families, attend local high schools, and act as citizen diplomats, fostering mutual understanding and building lasting international relationships.
