Description
The Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program is a highly competitive, merit-based initiative funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by American Councils for International Education. The program brings high school students from 22 countries in Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia to the United States for a full academic year. Participants live with volunteer host families, attend American high schools, engage in community activities, and develop leadership skills.
