Description
The Futures in Neurologic Research (FiNR) Scholarship offers medical students and neurology residents interested in pursuing research an opportunity to participate in the American Academy of Neurology Annual Meeting. Sponsored by the AAN Clinical Research Subcommittee, it supports meeting attendance and engagement rather than a separate research project.
Recipients receive travel and registration support alongside a customized itinerary of required and suggested programming. The experience connects participants with scientific content, colleagues, networking, and mentoring activities to encourage their interest in neurological research. Awardees must attend required activities and complete evaluation and feedback materials; detailed itineraries and requirements are communicated to selected recipients.
