Description
The FY 2026 Dual Credit Grant Program is administered by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and funded through the Skills Development Fund. It supports the purchase or repair of equipment required for a dual credit course or program. Eligible public colleges and Texas independent school districts (ISDs) apply through a competitive grant process.
The program is part of TWC’s work to expand dual credit and career and technical education opportunities in Texas, helping meet demand for skilled technical workers in local, in-demand industries. Dual credit programs allow high school students to take college or technical courses and earn credits toward a degree or certification.
