Description
The Wisconsin Technical College System offers this FY 2027–2028 Perkins V grant to support direct, comprehensive services for designated career and technical education student populations experiencing gaps in student success outcomes. The focus is on meeting students’ needs through support services rather than funding work in a particular field of study or research activity.
Populations that may experience these gaps include students with disabilities, students of color, military service members, economically disadvantaged students, and first-generation students. This list is not exhaustive. The program directs support toward populations whose outcomes show gaps and whose needs call for comprehensive services.
