Description
The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) offers this FY 2027–2028 grant under its Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins V) framework. It is a Perkins Reserve capacity-building grant for Wisconsin technical colleges.
The grant supports colleges in addressing equity gaps affecting students in career and technical education, as noted in the WTCS System-wide Equity Report (2018). Its focus is on building colleges’ capacity to respond to those disparities and target gaps in student attainment. The FY 2027–2028 Perkins Grant Guidelines provide the governing policies.
